Lake of the Woods is in the process of implementing a new visitor management system called CapSure. We intend to use this to further communication between members, tenants, and security. This system allows users to enter their guests online at their convenience rather than by calling security.

We are currently rolling out the system on a limited opt-in basis. For the time being, you must pickup your login information at the Holcomb building during normal business hours. Login information is currently available for most member with member numbers ending in -1, -1A, -1T, or -2T starting on Monday January 28, 2013.

How to add a guest in CapSure

1) Log into the CapSure Visitor Management System at https://lakeofthewoods.capsure.com
2) You will see your main dashboard, on the left, you should be able to click on "Schedule New Visitor(s)". If that isn't an option, go to your profile page with the "My Profile" button and click on the visitors tab.
3) On the right side of the page, you should see a green circle with a plus sign in it. Click that to add a new member.
4) Fill in the required fields. When complete, click the "Save and Exit" or "Save and add another" button.
5) LOWA Security will now see your guest's upcoming arrival.
